\nDASHBOARD\n<\/p>\n
\nThe dashboard displays a score from 0 to 100<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n \nA higher score represents fewer active multilingual issues. A perfect 100 is reserved for an audit with no active findings.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nSee the number of active findings classified as Critical, Important, Warning or Review.\n<\/p>\n \nIgnored findings are excluded from these active counts.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nThe dashboard shows when the latest audit was started and gives direct access to its report.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nTHE HEALTH SCORE\n<\/p>\n \nLangSpector scores the proportion of affected content rather than simply counting every individual finding.\n<\/p>\n \nThis prevents one page containing many problematic links from having the same impact as dozens of different affected pages.\n<\/p>\n \nThe detailed report remains more important than the numerical score.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nRUNNING AN AUDIT\n<\/p>\n 01<\/strong><\/p>\n \nA new audit is created and the amount of eligible content is determined.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n 02<\/strong><\/p>\n \nThe progress indicator shows how many eligible contents have been processed.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n 03<\/strong><\/p>\n \nOnce content processing is complete, LangSpector finalises the results and calculates the score.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n 04<\/strong><\/p>\n \nWhen the audit finishes, you are automatically redirected to the report.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nKeep the audit tab open until the scan completes.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n \nLangSpector prevents another audit from being started while an active scan is still running.\n<\/p>\n \nIf the audit session is interrupted and expires, reload the page and start a new audit.\n<\/p>\n \nThe scan is performed locally. Your audited site content is not sent to an external service.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nTHE REPORT\n<\/p>\n \nThe report contains the findings generated by the latest completed audit and provides links to the affected WordPress content.\n<\/p>\n \nShows how LangSpector classifies the importance or certainty of the finding.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nIdentifies the category of problem, such as a Polylang relation, wrong-language link, taxonomy, menu or SEO issue.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nIndicates the Polylang language associated with the affected content.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nShows the relevant item and provides access to the WordPress content when available.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nExplains why the finding was generated and can include the current and suggested destination where relevant.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nA result can remain active or be deliberately ignored after you review it.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nSEVERITY LEVELS\n<\/p>\n \nUsed for strong structural problems such as invalid or inconsistent Polylang translation relationships.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nUsed for significant issues such as links or taxonomy relationships pointing to the wrong language when a valid alternative exists.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nUsed for potential issues supported by sufficiently strong evidence, including confident visible language mismatches.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nUsed when LangSpector detects something worth checking but human verification is preferable to an automatic conclusion.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nFINDING TYPES\n<\/p>\n Invalid or inconsistent translation relationships.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n An internal content link points to another language although an equivalent translation exists.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n A translated taxonomy assignment or link is inconsistent with the content language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n A classic navigation menu item points to content in another language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Translated menu structures differ in a way that deserves review.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Visible content appears to contain a passage belonging to another configured language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Supported SEO title or description metadata may use the wrong language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Image ALT information may contain another language or differ between translated media.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nIGNORE & REACTIVATE\n<\/p>\n \nA finding is not necessarily something that must be changed.\n<\/p>\n \nAfter verifying the situation, click Ignore<\/strong> when the current configuration is intentional.\n<\/p>\n \nLangSpector remembers ignored findings across future scans when the same issue is detected again.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nREPORT FILTERS\n<\/p>\n \nSwitch between Active, Ignored or All results.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nDisplay only Critical, Important, Warning or Review findings.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nFocus on a particular category of multilingual issue.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nRestrict the report to findings associated with a specific language.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n \nLarge reports are paginated automatically, with up to 50 findings displayed per page.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nSETTINGS\n<\/p>\n \nShows whether LangSpector Free or Pro functionality is currently active.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nSummarises LangSpector’s read-only approach, local scanning and conservative language detection.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nDisplays the audit checks currently enabled for your edition.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \nChoose whether LangSpector’s stored audit data should be removed when the Free plugin is fully uninstalled.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nDEACTIVATION VS UNINSTALLATION\n<\/p>\n \nThe data-removal setting applies only when the Free plugin is completely uninstalled.\n<\/p>\n \nThis prevents temporary plugin deactivation from unexpectedly deleting audit information and ignored-finding preferences.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLANGSPECTOR PRO\n<\/p>\n \nOnce a valid Pro license is active, the additional checks run as part of the same LangSpector audit.\n<\/p>\n \nYou still start the scan from the Dashboard and review everything from the same Report screen.\n<\/p>\n \nAdditional Pro findings and advanced filters simply become available automatically.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nCheck the FAQ for common questions or contact support if you encounter a problem that is not covered in the documentation.\n<\/p>\nLatest results<\/h3>\n
