It is not designed to automatically correct, translate or modify website content.\n<\/p>\n \nAudit results are indicators intended to assist human review and should not be treated as a guarantee that every reported item is an error or that every possible issue will be detected.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector Free may be used without purchasing a LangSpector Pro license.\n<\/p>\n \nThe Free edition provides the functionality described on the LangSpector website and within the plugin at the time of use.\n<\/p>\n \nFeatures may evolve over time as the software is developed, provided that applicable legal rights are respected.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nPurchasing LangSpector Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Pro functionality within the limits of the purchased license.\n<\/p>\n \nA license may be activated only on the number and type of installations permitted by the selected plan.\n<\/p>\n \nCurrent plans may include separate allowances for production and recognised test environments.\n<\/p>\n \nUnless explicitly authorised, a license key may not be resold, rented, publicly shared, distributed or used to provide unauthorised access to LangSpector Pro.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n LangSpector Pro may be offered under several license plans, including:<\/p>\n \nThe current price, installation allowance and availability of each plan are those displayed on the Pricing page<\/strong><\/a> at the time of purchase.\n<\/p>\n \nAll Pro plans provide access to the same Pro feature set unless otherwise clearly stated.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nThe 1-site, 5-site and 25-site plans are annual subscription licenses unless otherwise indicated at checkout.\n<\/p>\n \nWhere automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription may renew for another annual period using the payment method associated with the subscription.\n<\/p>\n \nYou may cancel future renewal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not normally shorten the license period already paid for.\n<\/p>\n \nThe applicable renewal price is the price communicated for the relevant renewal, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nThe Founder Lifetime license is a one-time purchase and is not an annual subscription.\n<\/p>\n \nIt applies to the number of installations specified for that offer at the time of purchase.\n<\/p>\n \nThe Founder offer is limited in quantity and may no longer be available once the published allocation has been sold.\n<\/p>\n \n\u201cLifetime\u201d refers to the commercial lifetime of the LangSpector Pro product and service, not to the lifetime of any individual person, company, WordPress installation or domain name.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nPrices are displayed on the LangSpector Pricing page and at checkout.\n<\/p>\n \nPayments are currently processed through Stripe Checkout<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n \nLangSpector does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its license database.\n<\/p>\n \nAny taxes included or applied to a transaction will be shown according to the checkout configuration and applicable law.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector Pro is a digital product.\n<\/p>\n \nAfter successful payment confirmation, the license key and information required to obtain LangSpector Pro are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.\n<\/p>\n \nYou are responsible for providing a valid email address and retaining your license information securely.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nRefunds, cancellations and applicable withdrawal rights are governed by the separate Refund Policy<\/strong><\/a> and by any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.\n<\/p>\n \nWhere consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, any loss or waiver of that right will apply only where the legal requirements for doing so have been properly satisfied.\n<\/p>\n \nNothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector may receive updates to improve functionality, compatibility, security or reliability.\n<\/p>\n \nAccess to protected LangSpector Pro updates requires an eligible license.\n<\/p>\n \nUpdates may modify, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary for the development, security or maintenance of the software.\n<\/p>\n \nYou are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before installing software updates on a production website.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector requires a compatible WordPress environment and an active installation of Polylang.\n<\/p>\n \nMinimum requirements and supported integrations may change as WordPress, PHP, Polylang and third-party plugins evolve.\n<\/p>\n \nCurrent requirements are published on the LangSpector website.\n<\/p>\n \nWe cannot guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting configuration or custom modification.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n You are responsible for:<\/p>\n \nYou remain responsible for all changes you decide to make to your website following a LangSpector audit.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n You must not knowingly:<\/p>\n \nOpen-source rights that may apply to individual software components remain unaffected.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector provides support through its online ticket system.\n<\/p>\n \nSupport may cover installation, licensing, operation and reproducible LangSpector issues.\n<\/p>\n \nSupport does not include general WordPress administration, custom development, translation services or repair of unrelated third-party software unless explicitly agreed.\n<\/p>\n \nNo guaranteed response time applies unless expressly stated in a separate agreement or support plan.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nReasonable efforts are made to maintain the LangSpector website, licensing system, update service and support platform.\n<\/p>\n \nTemporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting failures, third-party services, internet connectivity or circumstances outside our reasonable control.\n<\/p>\n \nLangSpector Pro includes a limited offline license-verification grace period, but continuous availability of external services cannot be guaranteed.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector, its branding, website content, documentation and proprietary commercial components remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.\n<\/p>\n \nPurchasing a license grants a right to use the software under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the LangSpector brand, commercial service, documentation or associated intellectual property.\n<\/p>\n \nRights granted under applicable open-source licenses remain governed by those respective licenses.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nLangSpector is provided as an auditing aid. No software audit can guarantee detection of every multilingual, SEO, structural or content issue.\n<\/p>\n \nLanguage detection and automated checks may generate false positives, false negatives or findings requiring human interpretation.\n<\/p>\n \nTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by changes made to a website solely because of an audit result without appropriate review, testing or backup.\n<\/p>\n \nNothing in these Terms limits liability or statutory rights where such limitation is prohibited by law.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nA Pro license may be suspended or revoked where there is serious misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorised distribution or a material violation of these Terms.\n<\/p>\n \nWhere reasonably possible and appropriate, an opportunity to resolve the issue may be provided before permanent termination.\n<\/p>\n \nMandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nThese Terms may be updated when LangSpector, its commercial model or applicable requirements change.\n<\/p>\n \nThe current version will be published on this page together with its most recent update date.\n<\/p>\n \nChanges will not retroactively remove rights that have already become legally binding where applicable law prevents this.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nThese Terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection granted by the law applicable to them.\n<\/p>\n \nAny dispute will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable law.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nIf you need clarification before purchasing or using LangSpector, contact us through the secure support system.\n<\/p>\n2.
