\nLangSpector offers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee<\/strong> for paid LangSpector Pro licenses purchased directly through the official LangSpector website.\n<\/p>\n \nYou may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n \nYou do not need to provide a technical reason for requesting a refund during this period.\n<\/p>\n In short<\/strong><\/p>\n \nRequest the refund within 14 calendar days of payment and, provided the transaction is eligible under this policy, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n The 14-day guarantee applies to payments made directly for:<\/p>\n \nThe 14-day period begins on the date of the relevant payment.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nAnnual LangSpector Pro subscriptions may renew automatically unless renewal has been cancelled beforehand.\n<\/p>\n \nCancelling an annual subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been made.\n<\/p>\n \nIf a renewal payment has already occurred, you may request a refund under this policy within 14 calendar days of the renewal payment<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n \nWhen a renewal payment is refunded, the renewed Pro license period may be cancelled and access to the corresponding Pro entitlement, updates and services may end.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nFounder Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.\n<\/p>\n \nA Founder Lifetime purchase is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee.\n<\/p>\n \nIf the purchase is refunded, the associated lifetime license will be revoked and can no longer be used to activate LangSpector Pro or obtain protected Pro updates.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \nAll refund requests must be submitted through the official LangSpector Support system.\n<\/p>\n \nWhen opening your request, choose the most appropriate billing or purchase-related category and provide enough information for us to identify the transaction, such as:\n<\/p>\n \nUsing the support system ensures that refund requests are tracked securely and linked to the correct LangSpector purchase or license.\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \nApproved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.\n<\/p>\n \nLangSpector payments are processed through Stripe.
