1. Provider

2. Service description
Analyses Web offers subscription-based APIs that return automated indicators based on public technical / infrastructure signals. Outputs are deterministic and documented in each product’s OpenAPI contract.
3. No advice, no guarantees
The APIs provide automated indicators only. They do not provide legal, financial, or security advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed. You are responsible for your use of the outputs and for validating results for your specific use case.
4. API keys, quotas, and rate limits
- Access requires a valid API key (sent via request header as documented per product).
- Requests may be rate-limited; exceeding limits returns HTTP
429. - Each key has a monthly quota; exceeding quota returns HTTP
429(quota exceeded). - Abuse, attempts to circumvent limits, or harmful usage may result in key suspension.
5. Billing rules
- Monthly subscription
- Automatic renewal
- Automatic quota reset every month
- Payment failure → API key disabled
No manual upgrades. No refunds.
You can cancel to stop renewal; access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless disabled for non-payment or policy violations.
6. Support policy
- No per-customer tuning
- Documentation + OpenAPI only
- Email support: billing only
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Do not resell or expose your API key publicly.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights when submitting inputs to the APIs.
8. Availability
The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, or factors outside our control. No SLA is provided unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, René Ronse SRL shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of René Ronse SRL shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
